What is TitanVaultPro?+
TitanVaultPro is a watch-to-earn platform with a built-in investment layer. You earn wallet balance by finishing sponsored video tasks, then invest that balance into fixed-return plans or withdraw it after admin review.
BasicsIs it free to join?+
Yes. Registration is free and you can earn without ever depositing. Deposits and investments are optional.
BasicsWhich account should I use — user or admin?+
Everyday earning and investing happens on user accounts at /login. Administrators manage content, plans, deposits and withdrawals through the separate admin sign-in at /admin/login.
BasicsHow are rewards calculated?+
Each task publishes a fixed reward and a required watch time. Finish the required watch time and claim once — you receive the full published reward.
EarningHow is watch time verified? Can I just seek to the end?+
The player sends heartbeats with your current video position. The server accrues time capped by real elapsed wall-clock time (and at most 30s per heartbeat), so seeking forward or spoofing the video position cannot earn faster than real time.
EarningCan I claim the same task twice?+
No. Each task session can be claimed exactly once — enforced by an atomic claim transition and a unique database index.
EarningWhere does my balance come from and how is it tracked?+
Every balance change — rewards, deposits, investments, payouts, refunds — goes through a ledger that appends an immutable transaction with the resulting balance. Your wallet page is a full audit trail.
MoneyHow do deposits work?+
You submit a deposit request with an amount and reference. Nothing is credited until an admin approves it; once approved, a DEPOSIT transaction appears in your ledger.
MoneyHow do investment plans work?+
Plans publish a duration, min/max amount and return percentage. Buying debits your wallet and opens an investment that matures after the duration; principal plus profit is then credited automatically.
InvestingDo I need to claim matured plans manually?+
No. Settlement runs automatically — lazily during platform activity and via a scheduled cron job — and credits matured investments without any action from you.
InvestingHow do withdrawals work?+
Request a withdrawal from your wallet page. The amount is held (debited) immediately, then an admin reviews it: approval marks it paid, rejection refunds the exact amount to your balance.
WithdrawalsIs there a minimum withdrawal or a fee?+
There is a minimum (default 5, shown on the wallet page). The platform fee is configurable and currently set to zero by default.
